At Botanique Clinical Skin Care, I understand how frustrating and stressful it can be to suffer with acne. I know that everyone wants their skin to look healthy and that sometimes, it just becomes overwhelming to try to figure out what to do about breakouts.
This is where I can help. I offer a comprehensive system that will be designed specifically for your skin. No cookie cutter system of products that are bagged and tagged generically for "acne". Your skin is unique, just as you are unique. There isn't a magic potion that will work on everyone and sometimes this type of approach can lead to painful dryness and irritation, even to the point of making the skin seem worse. My therapies are designed to be tough on acne but gentle and relaxing for you. I focus on getting your skin to an optimal state of health. I include diet and nutritional counseling as part of my effort to get your complexion clear.
My acne treatments incorporate enzymes and chemical peels to reduce clogged pores, LED photopulsation therapy to kill bacteria and reduce inflammation, a combination of organic and all natural home care products to eliminate irritation and control sebum production, and microdermabrasion, collagen induction therapy and epidermal leveling for reducing the appearance of acne scars.
Treatment plans can be streamlined to fit your budget and your schedule. My number one priority is to get you looking your best and feeling confident.

Glycolic Acne Facial
A great treatment for clearing up acne! Steam and enzymes are used for deep pore cleansing prior to the application of a glycolic booster. This gentle glycolic peel helps purge the skin of old, dead cells to release blocked sebum. Gentle extractions are performed prior to the application of a therapeutic tea tree mask which calms and soothes with natural antiseptic properties. (Mild flaking and peeling may occur post treatment.)

LED Photopulsation Acne Treatment
Blue photo-therapy is approved by the FDA for treatment of acne. The blue LED’s work by helping to control the p. acnes bacteria living on and in the skin. In many cases, the blue light actually kills the bacteria. It can be safely used for those on Accutane or Retin-A, as well as for treating redness associated with rosacea and other skin conditions too sensitive for microdermabrasion or chemical peels.

Microdermabrasion
DiamondTomeâ„¢ Crystal-Free Skin Resurfacing is a technique for removing the top most layer of skin leaving it supple and vibrant. The skin is gently exfoliated using diamond encrusted wands and the exfoliated cells are vacuumed away in a sterile and controlled manner. A great treatment for minor acne scars, sun damage and skin rejuvenation. Microdermabrasion promotes the growth of healthy new cells and leaves skin soft, smooth and glowing!
Deluxe: includes cleanse, pre-treatment, exfoliation, high-frequency, oxygen/vitamin infusion, specialized treatment mask, serums, neck & shoulder massage and finishing products.

Epidermal Leveling
Also known as Dermaplaning, results in smoother facial skin, including the removal of fine hair. The procedure is also specifically used to reduce acne scarring and small lines. Dermaplaning can be done as a stand-alone treatment or in conjunction with other procedures. By skimming off peach fuzz (which traps dirt and oil) and with the extra exfoliation it provides, dermaplaning enhances the effectiveness of other skin care treatments, and helps with product penetration.

Vitamin A/Beta A Peel
A great way to jump start your skin into a clearer and healthier state. The Vitamin A peel can be added to any of our acne therapies to help reduce blemishes and exfoliate the skin bringing clearer fresher skin forward.
The Beta A Peel is a stand alone treatment that helps reduce congested, active blemishes. It regulates sebum production, helps even skin tone, causes a mild to moderate amount of peeling which helps to soften the look of acne scars. (a consultation is recommended prior to this peel)
